to define and extract spatial spots from specific tissue
regions—such as front regions, niche borders, invasive margins,
and cluster interfaces—using spatial transcriptomics data or
clustered tissue maps. It has since been extended to support
trajectory selection and layer inspection, and now provides a
collection of low-level utilities for spatial transcriptomics
analysis. These utilities are primarily intended to be reused
within higher-level analytical packages. It is designed to work
with sequencing-based platforms such as Visium at several
resolutions and Visium HD(binned).</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38064703366</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 13:06:28 GMT</pubDate><r:package>Battlefield</r:package><r:version>1.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/Battlefield</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Battlefield-Main.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Battlefield-Main.html</r:filename><r:title>Battlefield</r:title><r:created>2026-01-02 16:24:48</r:created><r:modified>2026-02-27 11:29:35</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] BulkSignalR 1.5.0</title><author>jpvillemin@gmail.com (Jean-Philippe Villemin)</author><description>Inference of ligand-receptor (LR) interactions from bulk
expression (transcriptomics/proteomics) data, or spatial
transcriptomics. BulkSignalR bases its inferences on the LRdb
database included in our other package, SingleCellSignalR
available from Bioconductor. It relies on a statistical model
that is specific to bulk data sets. Different visualization and
data summary functions are proposed to help navigating
prediction results.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/39118669878</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 13:04:07 GMT</pubDate><r:package>BulkSignalR</r:package><r:version>1.5.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/BulkSignalR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>BulkSignalR-Configure.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>BulkSignalR-Configure.html</r:filename><r:title>BulkSignalR : Inference of ligand-receptor interactions from bulk data or spatial transcriptomics</r:title><r:created>2025-09-26 18:24:50</r:created><r:modified>2025-09-26 18:24:50</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>BulkSignalR-Differential.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>BulkSignalR-Differential.html</r:filename><r:title>BulkSignalR : Inference of ligand-receptor interactions from bulk data or spatial transcriptomics</r:title><r:created>2023-08-14 13:08:41</r:created><r:modified>2025-07-29 14:49:29</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>BulkSignalR-Main.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>BulkSignalR-Main.html</r:filename><r:title>BulkSignalR : Inference of ligand-receptor interactions from bulk data or spatial transcriptomics</r:title><r:created>2023-08-14 13:08:41</r:created><r:modified>2025-09-26 18:24:50</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] SingleCellSignalR 2.3.0</title><author>jpvillemin@gmail.com (Jean-Philippe Villemin)</author><description>Inference of ligand-receptor (L-R) interactions from
single-cell expression (transcriptomics/proteomics) data.
SingleCellSignalR v2 inferences rely on the statistical model
we introduced in the BulkSignalR package as well as the
original SingleCellSignalR LR-score (both are available).
SingleCellSignalR v2 can be regarded as a wrapper to
BulkSignalR fundamental classes. This also enables v2 users to
work with any species, whereas only Mus musculus &amp; Homo sapiens
were available before in SingleCellSignalR v1.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/37622889862</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 12:52:41 GMT</pubDate><r:package>SingleCellSignalR</r:package><r:version>2.3.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/SingleCellSignalR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>SingleCellSignalR-Main.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>SingleCellSignalR-Main.html</r:filename><r:title>SingleCellSignalR : Inference of ligand-receptor interactions from single-cell data</r:title><r:created>2025-09-28 20:50:17</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-16 16:29:39</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
